Graphic Designer / Marketing Assistant
Michigan Location: Fraser
We are seeking a creative, reliable, and motivated Graphic Designer to assist the Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career who is looking to grow their skills while working hands-on across both graphic design and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with a talented team of photographers, videographers, and designers to support visual branding, marketing campaigns, and company events. In addition to design work, this role includes marketing coordination, event support, and general marketing tasks that help keep projects moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
  • Design and produce marketing materials, including
    • Social media graphics and digital ads
    • Print materials (flyers, brochures, signage, presentations)
    • Branded and internal marketing assets
  • Create graphics for video, such as
    • Visual overlays and graphic icons
    • Titles and lower thirds
  • Update and revise creative assets as needed
  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines
  • Assist with marketing campaigns and ongoing initiatives
  • Write and assist with captions for videos and social media content
  • Contribute content ideas for social media, campaigns, and internal communications
  • Support planning and execution of promotions and marketing efforts
  • Events, Culture amp; Internal Marketing:
    • Assist with the idea development and execution of staff appreciation days, internal events, and employee gifts
    • Help plan, organize, and set up company events and initiatives
    • Assist with coordinating logistics, materials, and on-site support for events and campaigns
  • Collaborate and support the marketing team by working closely with photographers, videographers, and designers
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Assist with marketing errands, organization, and day-to-day support tasks

Qualifications
  • Entry to mid-level experience or education in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong writing skills for short-form content (captions, headlines, internal messaging)
