THE ROLE

The Small Business Marketing Consultant is an advisor responsible for guiding clients and their leadership teams to execute our proven revenue strategies and achieve measurable financial outcomes across their entire business.

This is not a coaching-only role, it is a high-impact advisory position where your value is delivered through strategic direction, structured accountability, and expert guidance on our proprietary business system.

You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic guide for multiple clients simultaneously, equipping their teams with the frameworks, skills, and accountability structures needed to hit revenue targets. You lead clients to the right decisions; their teams execute them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Advisory & Execution

  • Guide client leadership through our 144-point business implementation framework across all of our six revenue pillars
  • Diagnose where revenue is leaking and prioritize the highest-impact fixes first
  • Set clear KPIs, accountability structures, and reporting cadences for each client
  • Hold clients accountable to daily tracking, activity standards, and execution commitments

Strategic Guidance

  • Translate our 10X Business System into a specific, sequenced action plan for each client
  • Help clients leverage our Office Hours, daily access to our Subject Matter Experts in CRM, data, workflows, media buying, landing pages, and AI to accelerate client results

Outcomes & Retention

  • Drive measurable revenue gains and document specific dollar outcomes and timeframes
  • Maximize client retention and expansion through consistent, high-value engagement
  • Convert client wins into case studies, testimonials, and referrals

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Proven track record advising or operating businesses to measurable revenue growth
  • Deep command of sales, marketing, and revenue operations fundamentals
  • Strong consultative and executive-presence skills — able to influence business owners and leadership teams
  • Comfortable being client facing on Zoom calls.
  • Comfortable holding clients accountable to high standards without owning their day-to-day execution
  • Highly organized; able to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), marketing automation, and revenue operations tooling.
  • Experience leading a Sales Team
  • Background managing P&L or delivery margin for a service line
  • Experience converting client outcomes into marketable proof (case studies, testimonials, ROI data)
  • Familiarity with the Grant Cardone Brand
