*The $100,000 first-year guarantee is contingent upon completion of a 90-day training period and achievement of specific, clearly defined quarterly performance objectives. These objectives and compensation structure will be provided in writing and reviewed prior to employment. Failure to meet required performance benchmarks will result in earnings below the stated amount. Compensation is performance-based and individual results will vary.
