Job description

No Phone Calls Please — we'll reach out to candidates we'd like to meet.

Do you love being the person who keeps everything running smoothly? Granny Nannies ATL is looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Office Coordinator to join our team. If you want meaningful work, a friendly office, and an afternoon schedule that leaves your mornings free, this could be a wonderful fit.

We're a home care agency dedicated to serving seniors and adults with special needs across Atlanta — and the person in this seat plays a big part in making sure our clients and caregivers feel supported every day. This is a part-time role (25 hours/week) with real potential to become full-time as our agency continues to grow.

Pay: Starting at $19–$22/hour, with a raise as the role transitions to full-time.

What your afternoons will look like

  • Welcoming clients and caregivers over the phone and making them feel heard
  • Coordinating schedules so clients and caregivers are matched and on time
  • Completing client intake forms and setting up meetings with our team
  • Helping manage the hiring process for new caregivers — from application to orientation
  • Keeping our office organized, safe, and running like clockwork
  • Sharing the after-hours phone line on a rotating basis with the team
  • Pitching in on other projects as needed (no two days are exactly alike!)

What you bring

  • At least 2 years of office experience (home care or scheduling experience is a big plus)
  • A friendly, professional phone presence and genuine people skills
  • Strong organization and the ability to juggle priorities calmly under pressure
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and general computer tasks
  • Flexibility to occasionally work extra hours when the team needs you
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a heart for the work we do

Why you'll love working here

  • Consistent afternoon hours — no early mornings, done by 5:00 PM
  • A clear path to full-time for the right person
  • A supportive team that values warmth, professionalism, and doing right by our clients
  • The satisfaction of work that genuinely helps families in our community

No phone calls, please — we'll reach out to candidates we'd like to meet.
