Grand Hyatt Vail is seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused Ski Club Membership Sales & Member Services Manager to lead the growth and ongoing success of our exclusive Ski Club program. This individual will be responsible for generating new memberships, retaining existing members, and delivering a seamless, personalized experience that exceeds member expectations.
The ideal candidate is a polished hospitality professional who combines sales expertise with exceptional customer service skills, building long-term relationships with members while driving revenue and programmed growth.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Membership Sales & Business Development
  2. Proactively generate and convert new Ski Club memberships through prospecting, referrals, local networking, events, and resort-based opportunities.
  3. Conduct tours and presentations highlighting Ski Club benefits, facilities, and services.
  4. Build relationships with local businesses, residents, second-home owners, and visitors who are potential members.
  5. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales goals.
  6. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track prospects through the CRM system.
  7. Participate in membership events, open houses, and promotional activities designed to drive awareness and enrolment.

Compensation: Base salary plus incentive/commission structure tied to membership sales, renewals, and retention performance.

Qualifications:
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Recreation Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales, hospitality, membership, luxury club, ski resort, or customer relationship management experience.
  • Proven success achieving sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Preferred
    Experience in luxury hospitality, country clubs, private clubs, ski resorts, or membership organisations.
  • Knowledge of the Vail Valley market and mountain lifestyle.
