Summary

Drive smarter, faster, and more efficient operations as a Supply Chain Analyst, where you will play a key role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain. In this high impact role, you will turn data into actionable insights that reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance efficiency across sourcing, inventory, production planning, transportation, and customer delivery. You will collaborate cross functionally to ensure a seamless flow of goods and information while influencing strategic decisions that strengthen performance and support operational excellence.

The salary range for this position is $63,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Principal Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as procurement, production, inventory, logistics, transportation and customer service.
  • Develop and implement supply chain models and tools to optimize inventory, improve transportation routes, and streamline overall operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Logistics, Sourcing, Production, Sales, and Customer Service to understand their needs, share insights, and implement solutions that enhance supply chain performance.
  • Monitor key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs), prepare detailed reports on actual costs and service levels, and present findings to management.
  • Create and automate intuitive and insightful reports and dashboards with the goal of continuous improvement in reporting processes.
  • Identify and resolve complex supply chain issues, developing corrective action plans to achieve desired results and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across all supply chain activities.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations analysis role preferred.
  •  Proven track record of contributing to operational or strategic decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of supply chain principles including forecasting, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Maximo, SQL, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI) and experience with supply chain planning software is highly desirable.
  • A demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence decision-making.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Ability to work autonomously, exercise sound judgment, and demonstrate capability for independent decision-making and problem-solving with minimal oversight.
  • Must exercise confidentiality when handling sensitive business information.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel (advanced functions), Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong systems aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.

 

Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors

  • Position is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
  • May need to move light equipment or supplies from one place to another.
  • May need to access files, supplies and equipment.
  • Work activity is in an office, open-partitioned, cubicle environment.
