As a Recruitment and Enrollment Program Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of graduate education by guiding prospective students through the recruitment process, supporting enrollment strategies, and helping build strong, vibrant programs. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership, develop targeted outreach strategies, and lead engaging recruitment events that connect individuals to transformative educational opportunities.
In this role, you'll also foster valuable relationships-with prospective students, alumni, and industry partners-helping to expand professional pathways and strengthen the university's community connections. With a blend of strategic planning, data-informed decision-making, and relationship-building, you'll contribute directly to advancing graduate programs while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. Summary of Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of recruiting activities, both internally and externally, for all WSB graduate programs. Advise prospective students by providing information, assisting with the application process for the graduate program, and preparing them for entering the WSB graduate programs. Direct the data collection and tracking of applicants to the program in compliance with accreditation and university requirements. Utilize KPI's and data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance program performance.
  • In collaboration with the Director/Assistant of Graduate Programs, establish and cultivate short-term and long-term stakeholder relationships with employers and industry leaders, contributing to the overall success of graduate programs within the WSB. Take an active leadership role in fostering educational opportunities with professional organizations to strengthen program offerings and partnerships.
  • Create opportunities to extend program goodwill to current students and alumni through the development of student and alumni associations, events, and other areas.
  • Employ strategic and targeted marketing techniques, formulating clear objectives and strategies for growth and sustainability within the graduate programs, ensuring marketing efforts align with the program's goals for long-term success.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and leadership tasks as assigned, supporting the continued success and advancement of all WSB graduate programs.

Qualifications / Licenses / Certifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with one year of experience relevant to the Summary of Duties; OR any equivalent combination of education and experience totaling five years.
Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor's or advanced degree in business or marketing is preferred.
