Job description

Graduate Development Program We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious recent graduates to join FLS as Graduate Development Associate. This two-year rotational program is designed to accelerate your professional growth through meaningful assignments, customer-facing experiences, technical development, and exposure to different business functions. Participants will build the skills, knowledge, and business acumen needed to become future technical and business leaders within FLS.

About the role

The Graduate Development Program (GDP) is a global two-year rotational program designed to develop a strong pipeline of talent for business-impacting roles across FLS. Through structured rotations, formal learning, and hands-on project work, participants gain deep exposure to our products, customers, and operations. During the program, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learn from industry experts, and contribute to projects that directly support business objectives. Assignments will depend on the career track you are hired for:

  • Technical development track: You may be assigned to engineering (product, project or process engineering), proposals, field services, testing, etc.
  • Sales development track: You may be assigned to field services, sales support, service centers, etc.
  • Operations development track: You may be assigned to sourcing, procurement, supply chain, project management, etc.

  • Participate in a structured two-year rotational development program across multiple business functions.
  • Complete rotational assignments that provide exposure to customer-facing, technical, operational, and commercial activities.
  • Work on meaningful projects that contribute to business goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals, technical experts, business leaders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support engineering, product management, customer delivery, field services, project management, sales, sourcing, or supply chain activities depending on assigned rotations.
  • Build technical knowledge of FLS products, systems, processes, and customer applications.
  • Participate in site visits, customer meetings, inspections, commissioning activities, and service-related assignments where applicable.
  • Complete designated technical training programs, learning objectives, and development assessments.
  • Present project outcomes and recommendations to key stakeholders throughout the program.
  • Apply continuous improvement thinking to business processes, customer solutions, and operational effectiveness.
You have (Your qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree completed within the last two years or expected graduation within the current academic year.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Science, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mining, Metallurgy), or related disciplines.
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience.
  • Strong learning agility and curiosity to develop across multiple business functions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-starter mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
