Hiring salary range: $2,136.59 - $3,301.53 / bi-weekly

You will be a member of the group which is responsible for:

  • Initiating, planning, reporting, monitoring and closing of work programs / projects.
  • Prepare data reconciliation, support, and updating data in tracking & financial systems.
  • Participate in portfolio review meetings with team.
  • Support resource managers in capacity planning, resource allocation and capacity analysis via dashboards.
  • Provide technical support for the engineering resource management tool.
  • Compile reports related to project progress and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Produce management reports as required.


Your job duties may include:

  • Develop and update reports using Excel (pivot tables) and SAP as required
  • Perform reconciliations and summarize results
  • Assist with monthly programs / projects financial reporting and analytical duties (i.e. forecasting, tracking, etc.)
  • Preparation of external proposals, monthly confirmations and invoicing external stakeholders
  • Data reconciliation, support and updating data in tracking systems and SAP
  • Assist in documenting data and actions/minutes during portfolio review meetings
  • Assist in resource management and capacity planning of project and program work
  • Creating resource requirements for projects
  • Requesting resources and creating reports for outstanding requests
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and report generation as required


This job will provide you with the following professional development:

  • Provide an overall perspective of the operational requirements of Hydro One
  • Assist program managers in many duties required for successful completion of their programs
  • Assist in documenting data, attending portfolio review meetings, updating tracking system data
  • Knowledge of Project Management (planning, scheduling, control and reporting)
  • Project performance analysis
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Financial and data analysis skills
  • Negotiation skills


Selection Criteria:

ย Academic Level:ย 3rd year Business/Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Programming stream
Additional Job Conditions:
Ontario Driver's license
Some travel around Ontario to other work locations
