We are seeking an experienced healthcare leader to provide strategic, financial, operational, and human resources leadership across our organization. The Practice Administrator will partner closely with physician leadership to drive organizational success, support exceptional patient care, strengthen employee engagement, and ensure operational excellence across multiple clinic locations.


Position Summary

The Practice Administrator provides strategic, financial, human resources, and operational leadership for the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care, financial performance, regulatory compliance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. As the senior administrative leader, the Practice Administrator oversees daily operations, financial management, human resources, facilities, business development, and organizational initiatives while partnering closely with physician leadership to execute the practice's strategic vision.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive leadership and strategic planning.
  • Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and revenue cycle performance.
  • Lead all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Supervise operational leaders, including the Clinic Manager and Revenue Integrity Manager.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and organizational best practices.
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Support practice growth, business development, and community partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, HIPAA, OSHA, and healthcare regulations.
  • Collaborate with physicians to achieve organizational goals and long-term success.
