Seeking an innovative and proactive Graduate Assistant to enhance our digital marketing and advertising efforts across multiple platforms. In this role, you will focus on creating and managing video content as well as supporting broader digital marketing campaigns. This includes executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads, developing targeted content strategies, and driving engagement through effective audience interaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, adept in video storytelling, and eager to leverage the latest technologies and trends to achieve outstanding marketing results.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns that leverage video content to drive engagement and meet strategic objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Digital Advertising Support: Assist in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Meta Ads. This includes updating ad copy, refining audience targeting, and enhancing creative elements to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Video Content Creation: Develop and produce engaging video content tailored for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. This includes conceptualizing ideas, filming, and post-production editing.
Social Media Support: Collaborate with the digital marketing team to schedule and optimize the distribution of video content across social media channels. Monitor engagement and analytics to gauge content performance and suggest improvements.
Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video content and social media marketing to propose innovative ideas that can elevate our brand's digital presence.
Discipline Specific Required Qualifications
Education: Currently enrolled in a Master of Business Administration Program, Master of Arts in Communication or a related field.
Digital Marketing Skills: Demonstrable experience with digital marketing strategies, including PPC or social media marketing. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, particularly Meta Ads, and an understanding of campaign management and optimization.
Social Media Content Creation: Proven experience creating and managing content across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube). Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content that is tailored to specific platforms and audiences. Must be comfortable with being on camera.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze campaign performance data to understand effectiveness, ROI, and areas for improvement.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting engaging content and communicating complex ideas clearly.
Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Video Production: Experience in video production and editing, proficient with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and understanding of video content strategies for social media. Knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop and After Effects is a plus.
