Job description

For over 20 years, the Facebook app has built technologies that connect us to the people, experiences and content that enrich our lives in big and small ways. Facebook is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who can help reimagine how we bring this promise to life for new audiences. This role will be responsible for helping evolve Facebook’s marketing playbook, piloting new ways that help people experience the brand–spanning in-product experiences, partnerships, branded content and more–that build affinity and drive results. This person is a strategic brand builder and collaborator with experience aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and operator who can translate data and insights into white space brand opportunities; rally teams and agencies to build and execute multi-channel plans with a high degree of creativity and analytical rigor; and an ability to execute efficiently within tight timelines, iterate and bring people along in the journey.
Brand Marketing Manager, Facebook Responsibilities:
  • Apply analytical rigor, an understanding of audience dynamics and trends, brand strategy and product knowledge to deliver innovative marketing programs that build brand relevance and drive results
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Insights to translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies
  • Deliver cross-channel marketing programs including strategy, creative development, execution, optimization, analysis and reporting
  • Author creative briefs and talent/partner pitches that generate actionable creative concepts that can help us solve ambiguous brand challenges
  • Partner closely with large, cross-functional team to identify opportunities and deliver integrated marketing programs
  • Develop and execute international marketing programs to expand brand presence and drive engagement across global markets

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives/campaigns at the same time, and working with many different internal and external teams to ensure we are launching our programs seamlessly, and to maximize measurable impact
  • Experience in consumer product categories and brands such as consumer technology

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Tech sector experience
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
  • Experience working and adapting to evolving priorities and contributing to projects with loosely defined scope by proactively identifying next steps and aligning stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
