To thrive as a Graduate Legal professional, you need a law degree (LLB or equivalent), strong legal research abilities, and sound knowledge of legal principles and procedures. Familiarity with legal research databases like Westlaw or LexisNexis and proficiency in drafting legal documents is important. These skills ensure accurate legal work, effective client service, and a solid foundation for further legal career development.

Many graduate legal programs also involve structured training and rotations through different legal practice areas.
