Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a Mongolian citizen
  • Completed a bachelor's or master's degree in 2024, 2025, or 2026 from an accredited university (domestic or international)

  • Proficiency in English language above intermediate level
  • Good understanding of safety operations
  • Actively participated in community or voluntary activities
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a curious mindset, a passion for continuousself-development
