Job description

The College Graduate Leadership Program at Quick Quack Car Wash is a year-long journey designed to support your personal and professional development as you step into a leadership role. The program begins with an immersive training period where you'll gain a deep understanding of the car wash industry, preventative maintenance, time management, accountability, and effective team leadership. Throughout the training period, you will have dedicated support from mentors, peers, and coaches. You'll also explore the kind of leader you want to become, with guidance and support every step of the way.
After the training period, you will operate one of our sites as the full-time leader. You will still have support and guidance as you transition from apprentice to leader. This program is built to equip you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to grow into a strong, capable leader within our organization.

You will be responsible for:
You'll be expected to learn the ins and outs of our business, understand what drives success in the car wash industry, and start thinking like a leader from day one. Just as important, this is a time for personal growth: developing your communication, decision-making, and leadership style. You'll be challenged to stretch beyond your comfort zone, but you'll have support every step of the day. Below are a few things you can expect:
  • Collaborating with others in the cohort, and in the region, you are training in
  • Learning about the car wash - terminology and how it works to provide the best wash possible for our customers
  • Analyzing and reporting on store financials and metrics
  • Understanding how the daily operations of the business impact on the customer experience
  • Upholding cleanliness standards and policies

Day in the Life After a Completed Program:
Stepping into a leadership role here is both an exciting challenge and a deeply rewarding opportunity. No two days are the same: you'll be solving problems, making impactful decisions, and helping your team grow. While the work is demanding, you're never alone. You'll have the support of a strong leadership network, access to the resources you need, and a team that shares your drive. Below are some things you can expect:

  • Engaging with Customers: handing questions or concerns, resolving customer complaints, etc.

  • Managing store financials
  • Monitoring car wash efficiency

  • Performing safety checks and maintaining clean protocols and standards

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Candidates must be on track to graduate by December 2025 or June 2026 OR must have graduated from an accredited university within the past 12 months at the time of application.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities in academic and non-academic pursuits.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Empathetic and team-oriented mindset, showing respect, patience, and a willingness to help others succeed.
  • Driven by impact and a desire to win, consistently motivated to contribute to meaningful work, exceed goals, and grow both personally and professionally.
  • Must be able to work various hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be willing and able to maintain a clean appearance per our dress and grooming standards.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to commit to the position for a minimum of 2 years

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
This position will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. The person will be in constant motion and will have physical activities, such as lifting (0-50 lbs.), bending, reaching and stooping. Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment.

Eligibility for this role at Quick Quack Car Wash requires a clean driving record, meaning that you may not have any major moving violations or serious preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years. Must have a current Driver's License (not suspended or expired).
