Job description

Title: Freelance Studio Concierge Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary guest concierge, responding to customer inquiries, advising on seminar offerings, processing registrations and payments, and maintaining accurate attendance records.
  • Coordinate studio seminars and events, including artist and speaker bookings, venue setup, catering, gifts, collateral, products, and volunteer hair models.
  • Support virtual seminars by collaborating with studio artists, shipping seminar kits, and capturing content during live sessions.
  • Manage studio inventory, volunteer model records, confirmations, follow-ups, thank-you communications, and related administrative processes.
  • Drive studio awareness, utilization, revenue, and customer loyalty through suggestive upselling; track income and seminar P&L, analyze results, and recommend solutions.
Requirements
  • Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders in a multifunctional environment.
  • Strong organization, time management, multitasking, project management, independent judgment, and ability to meet critical deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Apple devices and software, Zoom, PowerPoint, and Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP; familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Analytical, creative, adaptable, solution-oriented, and detail-focused, with strong business judgment and a proactive ownership mindset.
  • Flexible availability for an in-person Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule, occasional evenings, and business-dependent remote work; preferred college graduate with 1–2 years of customer service experience and beauty industry exposure.
