Responsibilities
About the Team The global e-Commerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the TikTok E-commerce partnership for the TikTok e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together. About the Role: The Creator Live team powers TikTok Shop's most important live commerce growth engine. As a Creator Manager (Creator Live), you will own the end-to-end success of a portfolio of creators, helping them build repeatable, scalable live businesses - not just one-off hits. This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, live operations, product, and commerce performance. You'll work hands-on with creators while also partnering cross-functionally to unlock traffic, product, incentives, and new live features. If you're excited about building creator ecosystems, scaling GMV through live, and shaping the future of live commerce - this role is for you. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in: Creator management, influencer marketing, live commerce, e-commerce, or partnerships. - Strong understanding of content, creators, and performance-driven growth. - Comfortable working with data and metrics to inform decisions. - Excellent communication skills - able to influence creators and XFN partners. - Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working with: Live streaming, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms; TikTok creators, agencies, or MCNs. - Proven track record of:Growing creator revenue or GMV; Scaling repeatable programs or growth models. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Strong ownership mindset.
