About This Job
Join Axos Bank's immersive 12-week Summer Internship Program to gain hands-on experience, contribute to enterprise initiatives, and develop professional skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven financial environment. Along with your day-to-day job duties, you will take part in a capstone project, sessions with our business leaders, financial literacy training courses, Corporate Finance Institute trainings, and a volunteer day. Interns choose between one of two sessions.
Session 1: May 27 - August 14
Session 2: June 16 - September 4
Axos is seeking a highly motivated and eager to learn Intern to join the Enterprise Data team to help drive innovation and build products through application of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics. You will collaborate with other data scientists and analysts, developing and implementing innovative data-driven solutions to optimize business processes, enhance customer experiences, and drive overall business success. This position reports directly to the FVP Data Science and Monetization.
  • Development and implementation of advanced analytics models to support the business decisions.
  • Drive the exploration and utilization of new data sources to enhance predictive modeling and analytical capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain robust business intelligence systems to empower various departments with actionable insights.
  • Implement data visualization tools and dashboards to facilitate effective communication of complex analytical results.
  • Work closely with marketing, risk management and fraud management to develop and enhance marketing models, risk models, fraud detection systems, and other related advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and insights in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Present to executive leadership
