Job description

Prosperity Dental Group is seeking a motivated, experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing, patient-focused practice in West Palm Beach.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of dental assisting experience

  • Knowledge of chairside assisting, sterilization, and room setup

  • Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix experience a plus)

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Professional, positive, and patient-centered attitude

Responsibilities Include:

  • Chairside assisting during general and specialty procedures

  • Preparing treatment rooms and instruments

  • Assisting with X-rays and patient education

  • Maintaining sterilization and infection control standards

  • Supporting the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
