Looking for Head and Assistant coaches in Middle School and High School.
Purpose Statement:
The Coach provides assistance and training to the students and prepares them to perform in the capacity being trained for.
Scope:
1 Peter 5:2-3 โ€“ Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.
Specific Responsibilities:
โ€ขDisciple young women, demonstrate a commitment to excellence and display character at all times
โ€ขExecute the plan designed by the Sports Director or Head Coach
โ€ขAttend Coaches meetings
โ€ขBe accountable for personal growth as well as church, outreach, and family
โ€ขContinuing education and mastery of the game (i.e. schemes, techniques)
โ€ขAssist with field/weight room/locker room set up and break down
โ€ขCounseling resource for the players
Qualifications/Skills/Gifts:

โ€ขA strong commitment to the philosophies and Statement of Faith of Calvary Chapel
