Description of Job Duties
Including, but not limited to the following duties:
Assisting in on-field coaching of players (position specific is negotiable) for both varsity and junior varsity games, practice planning and implementation, recruiting, scheduling and travel management; assisting in the academic progress and retention of student-athletes; engaging in fund raising; assisting with camps, clinics, and alumni functions. Candidates must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of NCAA, CCIW and NCC rules and regulations.
Additional duties could be set according to the strengths of the GA and the needs of the football program.

Job Qualifications
  • Accepted into a graduate program at North Central College.
    Experience playing or coaching football, or athletic administrative experience.
    Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification, or eligibility to become current.
    Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
    Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
    Experience in college athletics strongly preferred.
    Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record strongly preferred.
