Triad Associates (part of the Concordia Wireless family) is a nationwide construction services firm specializing in the development of wireless communication sites, with a focus on supporting telecom networks. We are contracted by major carries to facilitate network upgrades including conversions from 4G to 5G. Our services include construction management, electrical and civil modernization, antenna and line (A&L) tower work, tower maintenance, fiber optic network deployment, commissioning and integration, directional boring, trenching, and excavating. Our expertise spans a wide range of projects.
To support our growing client base, we are seeking candidates interested in Civil Technician positions. The Civil Crew Technician is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with civil construction projects including site preparation, excavation, pouring concrete, pipe laying, and general labor duties. The role requires working under the direction of a Foreman or Supervisor to ensure the successful completion of daily tasks in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in site preparation, excavation, grading, and backfilling operations.
  • Install civil infrastructure such as drainage systems, conduit, fiber, cement platforms, and more.
  • Assist in concrete work including formwork, pouring, and finishing. Route electrical conduits and raceways
  • Operate or support operators of machinery and equipment such as compactors, rollers, or excavators.
  • Follow construction drawings, plans, and instructions from supervisors.
  • Load and unload construction materials and move them to work areas.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Clean and maintain the worksite to ensure a safe and orderly environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Previous experience in civil or construction labor (1+ year preferred).
  • Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Safety-conscious attitude and knowledge of site safety practices.
