Gradient is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team! In this role, youll work with clients to understand their needs, explain regulations, and offer solutions to protect their operations. Your attention to detail, willingness to learn, and teamwork will be crucial for excellent service and high standards.


Key Details:

  • Pay: $25.07/hour
  • Location: 9111 SE Saint Helens Street Clackamas, OR 97015
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday; 8 am to 5 pm (occasional overtime required)

Who You Are: You excel in a role where building relationships is essential. Other qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or some college
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Aptitude for learning new software
  • 2+ years in a client-facing support or account manager role
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including THC)


What Youll Do: As the Client Relations Specialist, youll support the compliance team by providing essential administrative and back-of-house support. Youll communicate with drivers, client representatives, and third-party partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all processes.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Foster and sustain client relationships through consistent communication and outstanding customer service.
  • Stay informed about regulatory concepts and communicate this information to clients.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions.
