Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Annuity Brokerage which offers fixed annuity solutions. For more than two decades, our sales team has built a reputation of success, backed by over 300 years of combined industry experience. We are seeking a President of Gradient Annuity Brokerage to lead our annuity sales organization.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Develop and execute the longโ€‘term vision and strategic direction for Gradient Annuity Brokerage.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing scalable programs that increase production across the organization.
  • Partner with sales leaders and marketers to create impactful training programs, webinars, and educational resources that strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance carrier partners, serving as a key liaison and advocate to foster collaboration and support business objectives.
  • Lead, inspire, and motivate the sales team by cultivating a highโ€‘performance culture centered on accountability, engagement, and positive energy.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation strategies, pipeline management, forecasting, and dealโ€‘closing execution.
  • Continuously evaluate market conditions, industry trends, and sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and growth.
  • Play a critical role in agent recruitment, retention, engagement, and longโ€‘term relationship management.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of annuity experience โ€“ Preferred
  • 5+ years of sales experience โ€“ Required
  • 5+ years of leadership experience โ€“ Required
  • Demonstrated success leading highโ€‘performing sales teams and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue and growth objectives.
  • Deep understanding of the full sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and improve team performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
