• Document patient care activities meticulously, including evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge summaries, ensuring records meet legal and professional standards.

• Supervise and guide Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support personnel in their daily activities to ensure high-quality care and consistency in treatment approaches.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists to foster integrated care for patients.

• Collect and analyze data regarding treatment outcomes, utilizing findings to inform best practices and improve service delivery.
