Job description

Grace Medical Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our growing behavioral health team in West Orange, NJ.
The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve emotional wellness through quality, patient-centered care. This role provides an opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients.
Position Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services.
  • Conduct mental-health assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other behavioral-health needs.
  • Follow all professional, ethical, HIPAA, and organizational standards.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Current New Jersey license required, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience in outpatient mental-health care is preferred.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
