Job description

Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in a related field, proficient computer skills, working knowledge of general office machines, excellent grammar and punctuation skills, excellent customer service skills, must demonstrate independent initiative, well organized individual, flexibility with schedule, team player, honest, dependable, trust-worthy, and excellent communication skills. State tested nursing assistant preferred.

As a Transportation Coordinator in a Grace Management Service facility you must be able to perform the following essential functions.

Essential Job Functions:.

Collects and maintain revised schedules.

Input schedules and daily changes in scheduling computer program.

Ensure all state regulations regarding staff are adhered to.

Schedule, transport, and/or accompany resident for appointments when needed.

Enter dates and data entry into electronic charting system as directed.

Assure all medical record information is protected and kept confidential.

Ensures all resident care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner.

Responsible for managing and approving transportation staff timecards

Responsible for managing transportation staff including hiring, evaluations and discipline

Promptly reports any violation of resident dignity, neglect, or abuse.

Responsible for completing all assigned in-services in a timely manner.

Possesses clear written and verbal communication skills.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator
