Housekeeper (Environmental Services Technician)
Location: Durham, NC
Employer: Grace Federal Solutions

Schedule: 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Grace Federal Solutions is hiring a dependable Environmental Services Technician responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within assigned buildings. This role supports daily operations by ensuring facilities meet cleanliness and health standards while providing dependable service across the campus.
Work Performed
  • Clean and service assigned building areas; maintain sufficient stock and supplies
  • Sweep, mop, buff, spray buff floors; vacuum rugs and carpets as needed
  • Clean restrooms and offices; replenish supplies
  • Wash windows, walls, and other assigned areas
  • Collect trash, empty garbage containers, and transport trash to disposal areas
  • Sanitize trash containers in accordance with Health Department requirements
  • Maintain a running log of service calls and items placed in storage
  • Pack, unpack, receive, issue, and transport materials; report items needing reorder
  • Assist with transferring materials between departments throughout the University
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
