Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Shifts Available
Pay: $19.86 per hour
The Osborn, a premier senior living community in Rye, NY, is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide high-quality care to our residents in Assisted Living and Home Care settings. Position Summary:
As an HHA at The Osborn, you will provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily living activities to help residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. You'll work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and collaborate with a caring team.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Support residents during mealtimes and with feeding, if necessary
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment
  • Follow care plans and ensure all services are delivered respectfully and professionally
Qualifications:
  • Current New York State HHA certification required
