PT Grab and Go Clerk (BOH)

North Babylon, NY

Our store is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Grab & Go Clerk (BOH) to join our team! In this role, you will help ensure our ready-to-eat meals, are fresh, well-stocked, and beautifully presented for customers looking for convenient meal options. The Grab & Go Clerk plays an important role in maintaining product quality, organization, and an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, package, and label grab-and-go food items according to company recipes and food safety standards

  • Ensure all products are properly dated, rotated, and displayed to maintain freshness and quality

  • Stock and merchandise Grab & Go cases, coolers, and shelves throughout the day

  • Monitor product levels and communicate replenishment needs to department leadership

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe preparation and display area at all times

  • Follow all food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines

  • Work collaboratively with team members to keep the department running efficiently
  • Remove out-of-date products and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO)

  • Support other departments as needed during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Previous food service, deli, or grocery experience preferred but not required

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
