Breakfast / Bistro Attendant
About the Role
Deliver an exceptional food amp; beverage experience (hot breakfast, bistro, or grab-and-go) that meets [Brand] standards and delights guests.
Responsibilities
• Greet guests and provide prompt, friendly service.
• Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty coffee, and menu offerings per brand recipes/standards.
• Operate POS, process transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining/prep areas (health department standards).
• Stock/replenish food, supplies, utensils, and grab-and-go items.
• Set up, break down, and clean equipment; assist with opening/closing.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations.
• Support other hotel needs to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Follow uniform, appearance, and service standards.
Required
• Prior food service, barista, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and cleanliness focus.
• Stand for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic food prep and safe food handling knowledge.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred
• Brand F amp;B experience; food handler certification.
