Job Description and Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure solutions that support Relativity's strategic goals
  • Design and implement complex cloud infrastructure and shared services across cloud platforms
  • Define and enforce cloud-native architecture standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align cloud-native solutions with business objectives
  • Mentor and guide engineers across multiple teams, fostering professional growth and raising engineering quality
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to drive platform innovation
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of cloud systems through strong engineering and operational practices
  • Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for critical business initiatives

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • Experience designing infrastructure platforms, tooling, and services, including integration with Kubernetes
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, networking, and security

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$174,000 and $262,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
