SciTec has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Industrial Security Manager. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively managing our Princeton team, developing policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with the Security Site Managers and site FSOs to develop and implement a comprehensive company-wide security program. Responsibilities * Manage and lead a diverse security team while supporting their optimal performance and growth * Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and practices * Ensure compliance with government regulations, personnel access, and physical security standards * Collaborate with IT and IA teams to implement cybersecurity measures and monitor for cyber threats and incidents * Drive security compliance with risk management methodologies and industry best practices * Other duties as assigned Requirements * Must be a U.S. Citizen * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Must have an active Top Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance * 12+ years' experience as a Facility Security Officer (FSO), Security Manager, or equivalent position in a Government or Government Contractor environment * 5+ years of experience managing people, preferably in a Security role * Experience supporting team building and conflict resolution * Working knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPON requirements for a possessing facility and Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) standards * Experience with DCSA and other government customers
* Seasoned knowledge of multiple functional areas and DoD security programs * Ability to effectively and proactively interact with staff, leadership, industry partners, and customer agencies * Ability to develop or interpret company and Government security policies and apply them to site-wide operations * Ability to provide leadership and work with a diverse team and upper management to ensure compliance with security directives * Ability to understand, explain, interpret, and apply rules, regulations, directives, and procedures * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated attention to detail Physical Requirements * Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and climb ladders * Ability to lift up to 40 pounds *Resumes, Cover Letters, and Applications which are generated by AI will not be considered for employment.
