Venesco LLC is looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiter, preferably with IT recruiting experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your recruiting career in a positive working environment.


Venesco LLC is a financially strong government contractor working to provide innovative best practices in Bio-Medical, Information Technology, and professional services. We have earned acknowledgment and respect through our successful performance record with the DoW, DHS, HHS, NASA, DOT, and other federal agencies.


Onsite requirement: 3-5 days a week in our Chantilly office


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels
  • Responsible for sourcing candidates for proposal bids
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to maximize effectiveness of recruiting process
  • Create and post compelling position overviews
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies utilizing all tools such as direct sourcing, online resume databases, social networking, etc.
  • Update applicant tracking system
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Communicate with BD, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure everyone is kept up to date
  • Manage reporting requirements
Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Staffing/Recruitment experience
  • Healthcare recruiting experience
  • Experience with Paylocity a plus
  • Experience recruiting for federal proposals preferred
  • Flexibility to work surge hours as required during proposal timeframes
  • Experience with recruiting for cleared candidates
  • Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Experience recruiting passive candidates through LI
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
  • Decisive ability to shift priorities and function effectively in a fast-paced work culture
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life-cycle processes
  • Strong work ethic is a must
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance is essential
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management, to include C-Level
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain a government clearance if necessary
