Our leadership team is an exceptional group of Government contracting professionals. gTANGIBLE is in the process of identifying candidates for the following position.

Position Title: Recruiter/Talent Management

Location: Alexandria, VA – Remote Work

Clearance: Secret

Duties and Responsibilities

The Recruiter/Talent Management Specialist supports the Recruiting Manager with recruiting and processing candidates for current open positions within the company. Duties include the following:

  • Responsible for recruiting cleared personnel for government security contracts.
  • Review incoming resumes, conduct thorough preliminary interviews to verify technical skills and accurately assess clearance status.
  • Proactively identify and engage passive talent utilizing specialized platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, social media and industry networks.
  • Completing recruiting process
    • Create new job requisitions.
    • Post job requisitions to hiring sites.
    • Complete interviews
    • Collect documentation for security screening process
    • Prepare resumes
    • Generate offer letters
    • Schedule new employees for company onboarding

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with recruiting for a Federal Government contracting company or the US Government.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or High School Diploma with an additional four years of experience working/supporting the Federal Government, DoW (specifically US Air Force)
  • Experience recruiting candidates for cleared program/personnel security and information technology positions.
  • Extensive experience using industry job boards and other recruiting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of federal clearance hierarchies, SCI and SAP eligibility criteria, and polygraph formats (CI vs. Full Scope).
  • Excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and composition.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe.
  • Organized, team-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Ability to handle multiple time sensitive projects.
  • Ability to be flexible, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems with professionalism and patience.
