Job Description
BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale facility modernization and expansion projects at the Holston Army Ammunition Plant. As a Program Manager, you will deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while leading a cross-functional team and communicating effectively with executive leadership and government customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale (> $100M) complex Capital Investment projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality delivery.
Profit and Loss Management: Manage project finances, ensuring budget adherence and financial target achievement.
Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and government customers on project status, progress, and issues.
Sub-contractor and Supplier Management: Oversee sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements and quality standards are met.
Project Planning and Control: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success
