Job description

Responsibilities

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Customer Program Lead to oversee and coordinate programs supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) and other mission-critical operations at Offutt Air Force Base (AFB). Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects align with organizational goals, are delivered on time, and meet quality standards. These roles require expertise in program management, leadership, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee programs and projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals and mission objectives.
  • Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Monitor program performance and progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
  • Travel required up to 15%.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience Level:  Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS.AA or 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 8 years with Ph.D. 
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or PMP frameworks).
    • Familiarity with analytical tools, databases, and software used in ISR operations. 
    • Advanced understanding of intelligence collection platforms and processes related to the 55th
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing reports and collaborating with stakeholders.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting the 55th Wing (55 WG) or similar military organizations.
  • Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or completion of Service/Joint Senior Developmental Education (SDE) program.
  • Familiarity with Air Force policies, procedures, and mission requirements.
  • Understanding of Air Force senior level staffing processes.

Target Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
