Standard Job Description Work locations: Orlando, FL or Grand Prairie, TX only Our in-house Visual Communications team is seeking a senior Graphic Designer with Motion graphics focus who will champion brand-consistent storytelling across digital, broadcast, and print channels. The role demands deep expertise in both digital motion-graphics pipelines and print-production workflows, ensuring seamless translation of concepts across all media. Communication and coordination with the greater Missiles and Fire Control team, and our vendors is expected.

A senior-level portfolio that showcases end-to-end concept development, animation pipelines, and measurable impact (e.g. engagement metrics, production efficiencies) is required. What You Will Be Doing As the Graphic Design Engineer you will be responsible for driving visual storytelling across digital, broadcast, and print media, ensuring brand consistency and seamless translation of concepts.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead creation of motion graphics for digital and broadcast platforms

Design print collateral while maintaining brand standards Collaborate with the Missiles and Fire Control team and external vendors. Optimize production workflows to improve efficiency. Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction.

CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access Basic Qualifications Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills - specifically in Illustrator and After Effects Proven ability to ideate, storyboard, and pitch full-funnel creative campaigns to senior stakeholders Motion Graphics Skills using Adobe After Effects and possibly Premiere and/or Unreal Engine for immersive projects Knowledge of pre-press for digital, large format and offset printing, exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to lead creative reviews and mentor junior designers Ability to manage multiple projects, to work well under pressure, and on short deadlines Proficient in video codecs, file formats, and delivery specifications for broadcast, web, and social platforms Desired Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for Graphic Design support Ability to take direction well, ask questions when needed, and proactively challenge concepts to elevate the solution Professional-level ability to build and animate using 3-D assets for motion graphics Proficient with AI-enhanced workflow with Adobe Creative suite, Leonardo, ElevenLabs Thrives in creative environment but willing to accept a balanced workload of different types of tasks crucial to the success of the business Able to accept constructive feedback and creative review professionally in order to satisfy creative brief requirements Ability to follow established workflow and project management procedures Familiar with working within a corporate established brand guide Ability to work occasionally outside normal business hours and weekends Ability to travel as needed (less than 50%) Ability to obtain a secret level security clearance with the United States Government Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
