We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager in the California Bay Area to join Renesas' Ecosystem Partners team and lead engagement with one of our most strategic global semiconductor customers. This customer is a leading provider of networking, broadband, custom silicon, storage, and AI infrastructure solutions serving hyperscale cloud, enterprise, and communications markets. In this role, you will drive strategic ecosystem initiatives, foster technical and business partnerships, and expand Renesas content through reference designs, platform engagements, and next-generation infrastructure programs.
Job Description
  • Account Manager responsibility for a tier-1 multinational account. Leverage existing strategic partnership to expand Renesas footprint through cross-selling entire portfolio across the customer's broad application space, key focus on promoting and winning power solutions
  • Responsible for all aspects of demand creation including identify new opportunities and win designs at the account locations
  • Builds relationship at all levels inside the assigned account
  • Aligns with internal BUs and helps plan future product roadmaps
  • Part of an established of account team
  • Demonstrated ability in work cross functionally and globally to achieve success

Qualifications
  • BSEE or equivalent
  • 10 years' experience in high-tech industry including 5 years minimum in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of selling power into enterprise & client application space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High integrity, someone who knows how to establish trust with all his/her stakeholders
  • Self-starter, hunter mentality, not afraid to ask questions, takes initiative

Additional Information
The expected annual pay range for this position is $184,000 - $230,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
