Salary: $18 - $25/hour

Overhead Solutions Group is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative and Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting various administrative, operational, and client-facing functions within the company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Google Workspace and Excel, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. Manage electronic signatures using DocuSign and handle clerical duties such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.


Communication Management: Handle incoming calls and inquiries, manage emails, and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.


Financial Operations: Run payroll, pay contractors, and assist in financial reporting.


Social Media and Marketing: Maintain and update social media platforms, and engage with followers.
Contract and Bids Management: Apply for contracts/bids, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with all requirements.


Networking and Events: Research and identify events for networking opportunities, manage event registrations, and ensure logistical arrangements are made.


Human Resources Tasks: Post job openings as needed and manage the recruitment process.
