Job Description Case Coordinator Richmond, VA (Hybrid) 8-Month Contract Schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (Monday-Friday, flexible onsite days) Pay Rate: $20-22/hr Required Qualifications Ideal candidates are those with case management/document or file data entry experience Prior legal experience is not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and identify situations requiring escalation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with spreadsheets and basic office productivity tools.

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally. Comfortable learning new systems and processes. Recent college graduates with strong administrative, analytical, or organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
