Job Description: Job Summary The Digital Workspace and Collaboration Engineer is a key member of the Digital Workspace and Collaboration Infrastructure team, serving as the primary architect and guardian of our cloud-collaboration environment. This role ensures that team members across the US and Canada have seamless, secure, and high-performing access to essential tools. Bridging the gap between complex backend infrastructure and the frontline user experience, you will provide Tier-3+ support while driving the evolution of our desktop and mobile device management strategies.

Crucially, you will spearhead our transition into AI-driven productivity through advanced automation, modern endpoint management, and the continuous optimization of the Google Workspace ecosystem. Additional responsibilities include mastering object delivery systems and supporting shop-level technologies. Key Job Responsibilities Google Workspace Mastery & Productivity Tools Admin - Matter Expert, you will manage complex security configurations, identity integrations, and core collaboration services while acting as the primary administrator for Google Workspace email, calendaring, and video conferencing rooms.

AI Enablement (Gemini) & AI Productivity Expert - Acting as the organization's resident AI Productivity Expert, you will architect the secure deployment, governance, and adoption of Gemini for Google Workspace to significantly enhance enterprise workflows and end-user efficiency. Advanced Scripting & Automation - You will design and enforce robust device policies across a diverse hardware fleet by natively managing mobile devices via Google Admin MDM and leveraging Workspace ONE for advanced application delivery and holistic enterprise desktop management. Mobile Device Management (Workspace ONE & Google MDM) - You will design and enforce robust device policies across a diverse hardware fleet by natively managing mobile devices via Google Admin MDM and leveraging Workspace ONE for advanced application delivery and holistic enterprise desktop management.

Corporate Device & Video Conferencing Lifecycle Management - You will oversee the complete end-to-end lifecycle for corporate user devices and enterprise video conferencing hardware, managing everything from initial procurement and provisioning to maintenance, refresh cycles,roadmap and secure decommissioning. Vendor Relation Management - You will help manage and optimize relationships with key hardware and software partners, including Google, to drive strict SLAs, escalate systemic issues, and guarantee maximum ROI on enterprise technology investments. Compensation Details: $130,000 - $145,000 / Year Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience. Supplemental Pay: This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
