Job description

Glen Raven is recruiting for a Slasher Helper, which will be responsible for loading the creel machine to ensure the downtime is reduced. This position adds value to Glen Raven by their commitment to achieve the highest level of production, quality and safety through teamwork.

**Slasher Helper - 12-hour shifts. Rate of pay $18.73 per hour with additional shift premium**

**$1.00 Shift Differential**

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a safe work environment 
  • Assist machine operations in leasing and doffing the beams
  • Helping the operators unload the empty beams to ensure proper machine operation
  • Locating and moving beams to the inventory racks, while updating the Jomar Inventory system

Experience & Education

  • High School Education
  • Textile Experience Preferred
