  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C , Python, or Go).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies, and experience in code and system health, diagnosis and resolution, and software test engineering.
  • Experience developing Generative AI Agents.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement agentic architecture, tools, and features that enable scalable, low-latency data access and analysis to ground Coach responses in users' longitudinal health, biometric, and fitness data.
  • Write production-grade code and evals to enable secure data retrieval layers and investigative tools.
  • Identify product gaps and suggest feature enhancements that drive user value, while proposing architectural code improvements for long-term scalability and maintainability.
  • Work with Product Managers, UX Designers, and frontend engineers to refine the user experience and resolve cross-functional technical issues.
  • Mentor junior engineers, and conduct design and code reviews to maintain engineering standards within the team.
