What You Will Do:
L'Oréal's Dermatological Beauty Division is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Manager, Platform Performance to join our central divisional team. In this pivotal role, you will shape our digital strategy by leading performance reporting, measurement, and advanced analytics across all digital initiatives. You will serve as the product owner for our Website & Media Performance dashboarding ecosystem, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Strategic Measurement & Reporting Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive performance reporting and measurement frameworks for all platform initiatives, ensuring they directly support business objectives. Define KPIs and serve as the authoritative voice on digital performance standards across the division.
  • End-to-End Data Analysis & Insight Generation Act as the primary owner for Website & Media Performance dashboarding. Proactively extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets to identify critical trends and uncover consumer behavior patterns. Translate complex data into actionable insights that optimize digital performance and improve site conversion rates for business stakeholders.
  • SFCC Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the technical and commercial performance of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) storefronts. Leverage SFCC-specific reports (e.g., Reports & Dashboards) and external monitoring tools to identify bottlenecks in the consumer journey, from page load speeds to checkout conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Strategic Partnership Collaborate closely with internal B2B2C teams including Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Media, and Corporate Analytics, as well as external vendors and agency partners. Serve as the go-to analytics expert, guiding data-driven decision-making across diverse stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Attribution Modeling Apply expertise in Full Funnel Attribution Models to provide a holistic view of digital marketing effectiveness and communicate the impact of various channels on business outcomes.
  • Tooling, Tracking & Automation Own and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configurations and ensure data integrity across all tracked properties. Leverage Google Tag Manager (GTM) for tag implementation and data layer management. Use advanced Excel skills, including macro development and process automation, to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency.
  • Communication, Training & Data Culture Distill complex methodologies and large datasets into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Create documentation, deliver training on analytics tools and dashboards, and foster a strong data-driven culture within the division.

What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in digital analytics, with a minimum of 3 years in an eCommerce or Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) environment
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) - including event-based tracking, funnel exploration, audience segmentation, and eCommerce reporting - is a non-negotiable requirement for this role
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including tag implementation, data layer configuration, and QA
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) capabilities, including an understanding of Business Manager, site configurations, and how platform-native data integrates with external analytics suites. Demonstrated experience building and maintaining executive-level performance dashboards
  • Working proficiency in at least one major BI/visualization platform: Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
  • Intermediate to strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including macro/VBA development
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field

Who You Are
  • Experienced Digital Analyst: 4-6 years in digital analytics with deep expertise in eCommerce, media, retargeting, and digital marketing tactics. Agency experience is a plus.
  • GA4 & Tracking Expert: Deep hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with a strong understanding of event-based measurement and eCommerce tracking.
  • Excel Master: Advanced proficiency in macros, automated reporting workflows, and complex dataset management.
  • Tool-Savvy: Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Familiarity with Google Marketing Suite, Salesforce Marketing & Commerce Cloud, and BigQuery is a strong plus.
  • Strong Communicator: Able to present complex data clearly to non-technical business partners and translate technical findings into strategic business implications.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to data quality and project follow-through.
  • Proactive Self-Starter: Thrives in dynamic environments, working effectively both independently and collaboratively to deliver tangible business value.
