We are seeking an Analytics Specialist to lead our clients with analytics implementation and reporting efforts. This role is critical in helping clients measure success and make data-driven decisions through robust analytics setups and insightful dashboards.
Role Overview
The Analytics Specialist will focus on:
  • Setting up and maintaining Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for accurate data collection.
  • Designing and implementing Looker Studio dashboards for clear, actionable reporting.
  • Advising clients on data strategy, compliance, and optimization opportunities to align with their business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for multiple client websites and campaigns.
  • Develop and manage Looker Studio dashboards to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Participate in strategy sessions to understand client objectives and translate them into measurable analytics solutions.
  • Audit existing tracking setups and recommend enhancements for improved data accuracy.
  • Implement cookie consent solutions to ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Document analytics configurations and processes for client transparency.
  • Stay current with analytics trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure seamless implementation of tracking requirements.
  • Support reporting needs across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and others.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business/Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics/Finance or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (GA4 expertise required).
  • Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio (or similar BI tools).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and calculated metrics.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and other data manipulation tools.
  • Knowledge of web content management systems and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with Agile project environments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to additional analytics tools such as Microsoft BI, Tableau, HubSpot, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices.
