Google Ads Contractor – B2B SaaS & Performance Marketing
Overview

Our client is seeking a data-driven and highly motivated Google Ads Contractor to support performance marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, pipeline growth, and campaign optimization across multiple paid advertising channels.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who enjoys working directly inside ad platforms, analyzing campaign performance data, optimizing conversions, and contributing to measurable business growth in a fast-paced B2B environment.

The position offers the opportunity to work across high-impact paid search campaigns while collaborating closely with marketing, analytics, and growth teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Build and maintain campaigns, ad groups, keyword strategies, bidding strategies, and negative keyword lists
  • Analyze campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion performance
  • Execute A/B testing initiatives across ad copy, landing pages, and campaign structures
  • Assist with paid media initiatives across additional advertising platforms as needed
  • Monitor campaign budgets and paid search performance metrics
  • Utilize Google Analytics (GA4), Salesforce, Tableau, and platform reporting tools to drive performance insights
  • Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, search marketing trends, and emerging best practices

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Google Ads or paid search experience
  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, keyword strategy, and paid search best practices
  • Experience with Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Strong analytical and performance marketing skills
  • Experience managing lead generation or pipeline-focused marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment
