Job Description

NetImpact Strategies is seeking a Scrum Master / Product Delivery Coordinator to join our AI Forge team. This role supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of AI-enabled products and capabilities for Federal Government customers. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, coordinate cross-functional teams, track delivery progress, and help ensure alignment between product owners, developers, engineers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses experience supporting software development initiatives, strong Agile delivery skills, and a foundational understanding of modern application development, cloud technologies, and emerging AI solutions. 

Responsibilities 

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. 
  • Coordinate activities across product, engineering, DevSecOps, and stakeholder teams supporting AI Forge initiatives. 
  • Track sprint progress, project milestones, dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure successful delivery. 
  • Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, user story refinement, and sprint planning activities. 
  • Maintain project schedules, dashboards, metrics, and reporting using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. 
  • Collaborate with technical teams to coordinate software releases, testing activities, and deployment schedules. 
  • Assist with requirements gathering, stakeholder communications, and project documentation. 
  • Monitor delivery performance and provide status updates to leadership and customers. 
  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across delivery teams. 
  • Support adoption and delivery of AI Forge capabilities within customer environments. 
Qualifications

Required 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. 
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Agile software development, digital transformation, or technology modernization projects. 
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery teams. 
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies. 
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration and project management tools. 
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts related to software applications, APIs, cloud services, testing, and deployments. 
  • Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Ability to coordinate activities across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced delivery environment. 

Preferred 

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent certification. 
  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, data analytics, automation, or emerging technology initiatives. 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. 
  • Experience supporting DevSecOps or product delivery teams. 
  • Experience supporting Federal Government technology programs. 
  • Federal Consulting Experience.
