Job description

AI Delivery Lead (Mobile Platforms)

We're seeking an experienced AI Delivery Lead (Mobile Platforms) to lead Agile delivery, release operations, and cross-functional collaboration across a growing portfolio of enterprise mobile applications.

This is not a traditional Scrum Master position. While you'll serve as the Scrum Master for multiple Agile development teams—facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement—you'll also play a broader leadership role spanning product delivery, release management, stakeholder engagement, customer insights, and AI-driven process transformation.

You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and business operations, helping teams deliver high-quality mobile experiences while shaping how AI is integrated into software development and delivery.

What You'll Do

Agile Leadership & Scrum Master Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional mobile development teams.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments, manage delivery risks, and promote predictable, high-quality execution.
  • Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives.

Delivery & Release Management

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for multiple iOS and Android applications.
  • Coordinate release planning, cross-team dependencies, testing, stakeholder approvals, and production deployments.
  • Perform hands-on release validation, regression testing, and quality assurance activities to ensure successful launches.
  • Drive release readiness and communication across technical and business teams.

AI Delivery & Process Innovation

  • Help lead the organization's adoption of AI-assisted software development practices.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve delivery efficiency through AI-enabled tools.
  • Partner with engineering teams to incorporate emerging AI technologies into day-to-day workflows.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence across the software delivery lifecycle.

Product & Business Partnership

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, developers, and business stakeholders to prioritize work and deliver customer value.
  • Ensure product decisions are informed by customer needs, business goals, and measurable outcomes.

Customer Insights & Analytics

  • Investigate customer feedback and production issues using SQL, analytics platforms, and application monitoring tools.
  • Analyze user behavior, adoption trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.

Mobile Operations

  • Coordinate mobile application configuration, release readiness, and platform compliance.
  • Support app store submissions, feature configuration, and mobile engagement initiatives including push notifications and in-app messaging.
  • Maintain documentation, process diagrams, and knowledge resources that improve team effectiveness.

Qualifications

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Management, Project Management, Delivery Management, or a similar leadership role supporting mobile software development.
  • Demonstrated experience serving as a Scrum Master for Agile software development teams, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile practices, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies with experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Experience managing mobile application releases for iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
  • Ability to write SQL queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
  • Experience with analytics and application monitoring platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable technical work.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and passion for leveraging technology to solve business problems.

Preferred

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled software delivery.
  • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
  • Experience with mobile engagement platforms, push notifications, and App Store/Google Play management.
  • Working knowledge of Figma or similar design collaboration tools.
  • Experience supporting enterprise, B2B, or multi-brand mobile application portfolios.
