Since 1988, we've built a reputation for craftsmanship, attention to detail, and integrity. Now, we're looking for a Sales Representative who shares our passion for best-in-class quality homes and can guide homeowners through the remodeling process with expertise and care.

What You'll Do

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

  • Meet with homeowners to understand their vision, needs, and concerns.
  • Educate clients on our remodeling approach and guide them through the sales process.
  • Build long-term relationships, ensuring a high level of client trust and satisfaction.

Sales & Project Development:

  • Assess potential projects, ensuring alignment with our scope and company capabilities.
  • Develop and present proposals, estimates, and contracts tailored to each homeowner.
  • Close deals efficiently while maintaining transparency and integrity.

Lead Management & Business Development:

  • Follow up on inquiries, nurture leads, and maintain a pipeline of potential projects.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and open houses to generate new business.

Collaboration & Coordination:
