Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the company's SEO strategy, including GEO/AEO, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of the SEO strategy.
  • Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues affecting SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with the development and IT teams to implement technical enhancements that positively impact search visibility.
  • Lead the development and execution of the content strategy, aligning with search intent and conversion goals to drive qualified traffic, engagement, and lead generation
  • Conduct keyword research to identify content opportunities and gaps.
  • Oversee and implement on-page optimization efforts, including metadata, headings, internal linking, and CMS-based content updates to improve search visibility and user experience
  • Develop and manage off-page strategies, including link-building, partnerships, and influencer outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools
  • Generate regular reports on key SEO metrics, trends, and actionable insights to demonstrate progress and impact.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, design, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices into various aspects of the business.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability in SEO operations.
  • Experiment with new SEO techniques and strategies to drive innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Work with CRO, project management and analytics teams to provide strategic input during campaign planning to maximize potential.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience driving non-brand organic growth through scalable SEO strategies that expand reach beyond branded demand  
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing content strategies and editorial pipelines that drive qualified traffic and conversion  
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search, including optimizing for LLMs, AI Overviews, and evolving search behaviors  
  • Ability to connect SEO performance to business impact, including CAC, conversion rate, lead generation, and revenue 
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc. 
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the SEO landscape. 
  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Â
