Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e Responsable de projet - Changement Produit (PCL) Avioniques pour rejoindre notre equipe de Gestion du Programme A220 basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous ou vous vous reporterez a l'equipe responsable du PDT Systemes.

Vous ferez partie de l'equipe de l'equipe de developpement du Programme A220 dans le perimetre des Systemes, dont le but est de piloter l'ensemble des evolutions des systemes embarques de l'avion A220.

L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre role en tant que Responsable de projet - Changement Produit (PCL) Avioniques sera de piloter une evolution strategique de l'avionique de l'A220 afin de repondre aux besoins fondamentaux de nos clients. En tant que leader de programme, vous veillerez a ce que l'A220 demeure a la fine pointe de la technologie aerospatiale.

Vos defis:

  • Maitriser le cycle de vie complet : Diriger des projets a fort impact, du lancement initial jusqu'a la production et la mise en service. Vous etes l'architecte du succes du projet sur un horizon pluriannuel.

  • Orchestrer des equipes multifonctionnelles : Guider une equipe de travail integree (MFT) de specialistes. Vous n'etes pas un simple participant ; vous etes le navigateur qui s'assure que l'ingenierie, l'industrialisation et l'approvisionnement progressent en parfaite synchronisation.

Votre profil:

  • Baccalaureat ou diplome en gestion/ingenierie, ou 15 ans d'experience equivalente (la certification PMP est un atout);

  • Un minimum de 10 ans d'experience en developpement de produits;

  • Vous etes un leader de projet ou de programme chevronne dote d'un esprit de batisseur de ponts ;

  • Vous vous epanouissez dans le secteur aeronautique et possedez une experience confirmee dans la gestion de projets techniques complexes a long terme;

  • Vous ne vous contentez pas de suivre un plan : vous anticipez les risques, influencez les parties prenantes et livrez des resultats qui surpassent les attentes elevees de nos clients mondiaux;

  • Faire preuve d'un haut niveau de leadership et d'influence;

  • Bonne connaissance de la suite Google et de Planisware (un atout);

  • Excellentes capacites d'analyse, de planification et de resolution de problemes;

  • Ouverture d'esprit, grande capacite a travailler en equipe, sens de l'organisation, autonomie et perseverance;

  • Parfaitement bilingue (oral et ecrit) en francais et en anglais.

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking an A220 Project Manager - Product Change Leader (PCL) Avionics to join our A220 Program Management team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), reporting to the Systems PDT teams.

You will be part of the A220 Program Development team within the Systems perimeter, tasked with steering all developments for the A220 aircraft's onboard systems. The team is structured to foster autonomous cross-functional collaboration, mutual support, and collective learning.

As the A220 Product Change Leader (PCL) Avionics, your role will be to drive a strategic evolution of the A220's avionics to meet core customer needs. As a program leader, you will ensure that the A220 remains at the forefront of aerospace technology.
