Nous recherchons un(e) spécialiste en marketing de croissance pour se joindre à notre équipe de marketing numérique. Vous serez responsable du cycle complet des initiatives de marketing numérique, de la stratégie à l’exécution, à l’optimisation et à l’analyse des performances, tout en contribuant à la croissance mondiale de la marque et à la génération de prospects qualifiés.

Responsabilités principales

  • Planifier, développer et exécuter des campagnes de marketing numérique de bout en bout sur plusieurs canaux, notamment Google, LinkedIn et des plateformes programmatiques telles que StackAdapt
  • Développer et optimiser des programmes de génération de prospects afin de soutenir la croissance du pipeline
  • Suivre les performances des campagnes, produire des rapports et transformer les données en recommandations concrètes
  • Tester, analyser et optimiser continuellement les campagnes selon les indicateurs de performance
  • Piloter et soutenir les initiatives de GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)

Profil recherché

  • Baccalauréat en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe
  • 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en marketing numérique dans un rôle similaire
  • Expérience pratique avec les plateformes publicitaires numériques telles que Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager et les plateformes programmatiques (p. ex. StackAdapt)
  • Solide maîtrise des outils d’analytique marketing tels que Google Analytics, Google Data Studio ou d’autres plateformes BI/analytique

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You will own the full lifecycle of digital marketing initiatives, from strategy and execution to optimization and performance analysis, while contributing to global brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt
  • Develop and optimize lead generation programs to drive qualified pipeline growth
