Job description

Amyx is seeking a Digital Services Program Manager to join our DOD client in the National Capitol Region.


  • Shall provide day-to-day oversight of all digital services task performance.

  • The DS PM shall lead the creation and implementation of the Government’s digital, web, and social strategies across multiple platforms and channels, including daily content operations of multiple websites, applications, social media platforms, and paid media campaigns.

  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

It is required that the DS PM has the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree related to O&E, Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with social media content development, curation, and ad campaign management.
  • A minimum of three years of experience developing, monitoring, reporting, and analyzing web analytics, social media insights, and campaign ads.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in developing and implementing digital campaigns including budgets and metrics.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with creating and testing digital content for Section 508 and WCAG compliance.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with keyword placement and SEO, email marketing best practices and web development (HTML, CSS), marketing automation, a/b testing, website usability, and conversion optimization principles.
  • A minimum of three years of experience working with industry-standard tools and products such as Google Analytics, Yoast, SEMrush, Conductor, SEO Profiler, Moz, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, etc.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with canonicalization, client, and server-side redirects, pagination, and XML sitemaps.
  • Possess a minimum of a favorably adjudicated Single Scope Backgroung Investigation (SSBI) at proposal submission.

It is desired that the DS PM has the following qualifications:

  • Possess a Google Analytics and AdWords certification.
  • Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level III Program Management.
  • A minimum of five years of experience with web CMS, UX/UI testing and development, and daily website content operations.
